Section 01Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Tibz Tech, the trading name of Tibs Tech Company Limited ("Tibz Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information in connection with the Nerve Tunnel mobile application for Android ("Nerve Tunnel", the "Application", or the "App").

We built Nerve Tunnel around a simple principle: a privacy tool should not itself become a privacy risk. Accordingly, the Application is engineered to minimize data collection, and this policy is written to describe — accurately and without exaggeration — what limited information the Application processes, what it deliberately does not, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the Nerve Tunnel Android application. By downloading, installing, or using Nerve Tunnel, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Section 02About Nerve Tunnel

Nerve Tunnel is a virtual private network (VPN) application for Android devices. Its core and sole purpose is to provide users with an encrypted VPN connection that helps protect network traffic from interception on untrusted networks and enhances user privacy while online.

Nerve Tunnel is built using Android's official VpnService API — the operating system's sanctioned framework for VPN applications. This means the Application operates within the security and consent model defined by Android itself:

• The VPN connection can only be established through the Android system's VPN framework.
• The VPN service does not start until you explicitly grant Android's system VPN permission via the official consent dialog displayed by the operating system.
• While the VPN is active, Android displays a persistent system indicator, so an active connection is always visible to you.

Nerve Tunnel's VPN functionality is the core feature of the Application. The VpnService capability is used exclusively to provide this VPN functionality and is not used for any unrelated purpose, including the collection of user data for advertising or analytics.

Section 03Information We Collect

Nerve Tunnel is designed to operate with the minimum information necessary. The Application may process only limited technical information strictly for the purposes of establishing, maintaining, securing, troubleshooting, and improving VPN connectivity. This information may include:

• Application version — to ensure compatibility and to diagnose version-specific issues.
• Android version — to maintain compatibility with the operating system's VPN framework.
• Device model — to diagnose device-specific connectivity behavior.
• Selected VPN server — to establish and route your VPN connection to the server you choose.
• VPN connection status — such as whether a connection attempt succeeded, failed, or was disconnected, to keep the service reliable.
• Anonymous diagnostic information — such as aggregate, non-identifying error and performance indicators used to identify faults and improve stability.

This technical information is functional in nature. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is not combined with other sources to attempt to identify you.

Section 04Information We Do Not Collect

The clearest way to describe Nerve Tunnel's approach to privacy is by stating plainly what the Application is designed not to do. Nerve Tunnel does not intentionally collect, monitor, inspect, store, log, or sell:

• Your browsing history or the websites you visit;
• Your DNS requests;
• The content of your internet traffic transmitted through the VPN;
• Your messages, emails, or communications of any kind;
• Your passwords or login credentials;
• Your contacts, photos, videos, or personal files;
• Your banking, payment, or financial information;
• Microphone recordings or camera data;
• Any other private content transmitted through the VPN tunnel.

In addition, Nerve Tunnel does not sell user data, does not use personal information for profiling, and does not intentionally collect unnecessary personal information of any kind. The Application does not require you to create an account, and it does not maintain user profiles.

Section 05How Information Is Used

The limited technical information described in Section 3 is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To provide the service — establishing and maintaining the encrypted VPN connection you request;
• To keep the service reliable — detecting connection failures and maintaining stable connectivity;
• To keep the service secure — identifying abnormal technical conditions that could compromise the connection;
• To troubleshoot — diagnosing and correcting faults reported by users or detected through anonymous diagnostics;
• To improve the Application — understanding, in aggregate and anonymous terms, how the Application performs across devices and Android versions.

We do not use this information for advertising, behavioral tracking, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating and improving the VPN service.

Section 06VPN Service and User Consent

Nerve Tunnel operates strictly within Android's consent framework for VPN applications:

• Explicit permission is required. Before the first VPN connection can be established, the Android operating system presents you with an official consent dialog. The VPN service will only start after you explicitly grant this permission. Nerve Tunnel cannot, and does not, bypass this system consent.
• Consent is revocable. You may disconnect the VPN at any time from within the Application, and you may revoke the VPN permission entirely at any time through your device's system settings.
• The connection is visible. While the VPN is active, Android displays a persistent system-level indicator (such as a key or VPN icon), ensuring you always know when your traffic is routed through the VPN.

When connected, your device's network traffic is routed through an encrypted tunnel to the VPN server you selected. As stated in Sections 3 and 4, this routing is performed to deliver the service — not to observe, record, or monetize its contents.

Section 07Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the limited technical information the Application processes. These measures include the use of encryption for VPN traffic in transit, restricted access to operational systems, and a data-minimization approach that reduces risk by reducing what exists to protect in the first place.

Section 08Third-Party Services

The current version of Nerve Tunnel is intentionally lean. It does not integrate third-party advertising networks, third-party analytics platforms, cloud account systems, subscription services, or social media software development kits (SDKs). The Application does not require account registration and does not maintain user profiles.

Because the Application is distributed through Google Play, Google's own platform services (such as the Google Play store infrastructure that delivers the app and its updates) operate under Google's Privacy Policy, which is independent of this policy and outside our control.

If a future version of Nerve Tunnel introduces additional services or data processing — for example, optional analytics, crash reporting, or premium features — this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance to describe them accurately, and the updated policy will be published at this same address before or together with the release of such features.

Section 09Data Retention

Consistent with our data-minimization approach, retention is kept to the minimum necessary:

• Traffic content: not collected, and therefore not retained. There is no browsing history or traffic-content log to store.
• Connection-state information: processed transiently to operate the VPN session and not retained as a historical record tied to you.
• Anonymous diagnostic information: retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to identify, reproduce, and correct faults and to improve stability, after which it is deleted or remains only in aggregate, non-identifying form.

Where any applicable law requires a specific retention or deletion obligation, we will comply with that law.

Section 10User Rights

You remain in control of your use of Nerve Tunnel at all times. Depending on the laws of your jurisdiction, you may have rights that include the following, and we honor the substance of these rights regardless of where you are located:

• Right to disconnect and revoke: you may stop the VPN at any time and revoke the system VPN permission through your device settings.
• Right to remove: you may uninstall the Application at any time, which ends all processing by the App on your device.
• Right to information: you may contact us to ask what categories of technical information the Application processes, as described in this policy.
• Right to deletion: you may request the deletion of any diagnostic information that could reasonably be associated with your device, and we will honor such requests except where retention is required by law.
• Right to raise concerns: you may contact us with any privacy question or complaint, and you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels listed in Section 13.

Section 11Age Requirement

Nerve Tunnel is intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The Application is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not install or use the Application. If we become aware that information has been collected from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a person under 18 has used the Application, please contact us through the channels listed in Section 13.

Section 12Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in the Application's functionality, in legal or regulatory requirements, or in our operational practices. When we do:

• The effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly;
• Where changes are material — in particular, any change that introduces new categories of data processing — the update will be published before or together with the release that introduces the change.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Application after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
